What is the general return policy on Navgrah Products?

We are a customer friendly brand which offers complete peace of mind to our customers. Please however note that we are currently dealing with consumable products which are in health domain. This restricts us from taking returns on our products. This policy is needed to ensure that our quality standards are well taken care off.

What should I do if I receive a Damaged item, wrong product or missing units in my order?

If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send us a photograph of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at care@navgrahhealthcare.com within 14 days of receipt of the product. We would take care of your concerns and resolve it to your satisfaction.
