DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

1. How long will it take for my order to reach me?

We are currently being hampered due to shutdowns in our factories due to ongoing crisis and increased demands. We are fulfilling back orders leading to delay in supplying. Under a normal circumstance, we maintain inventory of all products we sell on our website. This means that products will be dispatched within 36 hours of placing your order. The delivery should therefore happen within 5-6 days of your order being placed. However due to unforeseen circumstances and delays, deliveries can take slightly longer.

2) Is it possible to track my order?

As soon as you place your order, a confirmation mail will be sent to your inbox. The order is processed from our end and dispatched within 36 hours of placing the order. from our warehouse. If you want to know the status of your order, please email at care@navgrahhealthcare.com along with the details of your order confirmation and we would get back to you.

3) What are the shipping charges?

If shipping charges are applicable, it would be clearly mentioned at the shopping cart. However if the shipping charges are not mentioned, it means that shopping charges are complimentary from our side.

4) What time of day will my order be delivered?

We have an e-commerce partner who manages the courier and delivery. If you are not available during delivery, the courier service would call you, do let them know the time and date you could be available. Normally, the courier would attempt delivery for three times before returning the package back to us.

5) Do you ship to international locations?

No. We don’t ship to international locations right now.

6) Do you offer cash on delivery?

Cash on Delivery if available, would be clearly mentioned at the shopping cart. If cash on delivery is not mentioned it could be due to multiple reasons.

7) How do I pay using a credit/debit card?

Credit cards

We work with Razor Pay as a partner. We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

You can pay using your credit card or debit cards, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank’s page for entering the online 3D Secure password.
